Is there a correct way to get in and out of bed?

Getting out of bed

To get into bed it is a good idea to sit on the edge of the bed, pull your arms in and start to lie down keeping your knees bent at a 45-degree angle.  Then just roll onto your back.

To get out of bed bend roll on your side, bend your knees, let your legs fall over the bed, and push your body up into a sitting position using your hands and not your neck or back.
