Back To School Blues

Back to School

It official!  Back to school!  New school supplies, new wardrobe and maybe a new back pack.  A great addition to your back to school routine is to take care of your spine with chiropractic care.

Backpacks are heavy

A heavy backpack puts stress on your back. They can cause a misalignment of your spine and puts stress on your cervical pain, shoulders and back. Chiropractic care can help alleviate that stress and maintain proper alignment to keep discomfort away. Keep your backpack as light as you possibly can and wear them properly with both straps.

Better Health and More Energy and Stress Relief

Back to school can seem exhausting. Whether you’re a student, parent, or teacher, this time of year can really be very stressful.  Chiropractic can help boost your energy and ensure that your energy is being used where it should. When your spine is properly aligned, your central nervous system is able to work as efficiently as possible. Therefore, your body uses energy efficiently, too. Will you still be tired? Sure. But with the right amount of rest and regular chiropractic adjustments, your body will be more comfortable and functioning as it should and will certainly help you ease into going back to school.  Chiropractic can help relieve stress as it keeps the body in a relaxed state. When your body is calm, it is easier for the mind to be calm and many of our patients report stress relief as just another benefit of regular chiropractic care.

Give us a try to help relieve your back to school blues. We are located in Tarzana, close to Reseda, Van Nuys, Woodland Hills, Sherman Oaks, Northridge, Encino and West Hills. Please give our office a call at (818)881-2225.
